We had a great experience here overall with our recent visit; I don't understand why the yelp rating is as low as it is. The restaurant is very cute inside, and feels like it could be in Korea. Service was very attentive and friendly. The banchan were all very tasty, and I really liked the jja jang myun, but the bulgogi and kimbap were good too. Portions were a good size and the price was fair. I'm glad I gave it a try, and plan to come back again sometime.
Ordered takeout from here. Food was packed well. The bulgogi is DELICIOUS!! They give a lot of meat but I wish they gave more rice on the side with it. Gave some kimchi and radish on the side also which were good.
Pretty good Korean meals for delivery! We havent visited the restaurant but have ordered from here a hand full for times whenever we need our Korean fix and don't want to leave home. The kimbop is great - my only request is to ask for better cuts. The geem was not fully cut so when we grabbed the pieces the rolls would fall apart. (We had to eat the kimbop with a spoon) The taste is great tho. We liked the quality of the kimchi. Dduk mandoo guk and kimchi chigae were also pretty solid.
Delivery Review: this is one of my favorite places to get delivery in New York City. The food always comes very quickly and everything is extremely flavorful. I love getting the hot stone bibimbap because the crispy rice at the bottom is included in the boxes and everything is packaged very well. I also love their soups- ox bone broth & kalbi tang.... LOVE!!!! I am a regular orderer and they have always delivered quality!!
IM OBSESSED W THIS RESTAURANT A. Completely empty on a friday night (we were group of 8) B. Great korean alcohol selection C. Randomly beautiful decor items and confusingly downstairs with the sign of another bar/lounge on the outside D. They played Sunflower by post malone no less than 4 times E. Food was so good to me, it didnt taste like the best korean restaurants in korea per say but it was like what the outcome wld b if i tried to make korean food at home But better. Its weird cause it was not authentic just almost like a diff cooking style of normal korean food? Idk how to describe it. It was really good either way, great drinking anju
